PA to the Chief Executive and Team Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and exceptionally well-organised PA to the CEO and Team Assistant who wants to develop their career with a fast-paced and influential responsibility organisation. You will efficiently manage the Chief Executive’s private office and provide organisational and administrative support for the Portman Group team to ensure the smooth and effective running of the office of the UK’s social responsibility body for drinks producers.

With a minimum of one year’s experience in a similar PA and team administrative role, you will have proven administrative experience including diary management, meeting organisation and minute taking. You will also be responsible for office management and logistics including travel arrangements and event management support.

This role demands an enthusiastic and energetic self-starter who is highly organised and able to provide seamless administrative support to the team.
