Boudewijn Haarsma
UK Managing Director, Heineken
Boudewijn has been Managing Director of Heineken UK since 2022 and has almost 30 years of experience at Heineken. Prior to taking on his current role, Boudewijn worked for Heineken in Russia, where he had been the Managing Director since 2018.
He originally joined Heineken in 1995 as a Management Trainee and went on to work in a number of commercial and management roles, including leading the global innovation function, before moving to Nigeria in 2010 to oversee Heineken’s acquisition of a brewery group. He then became Heineken’s Managing Director of East and West Africa from 2015 to 2018.
